Château de Myrat to Barsac
Length of visit : 60 minutesLanguages spoken
A rare 18th-century Carthusian monastery typical of the Sud-Gironde, set in parkland with century-old trees, an arboretum and aviaries.
Set in the heart of a 22-hectare family vineyard and 8 hectares of parkland, this magnificent chartreuse will welcome you with a warm welcome from a member of the de Pontac family. Old cellars with beautiful 18th-century framework and a collection of old wine presses.
The wines of Château de Myrat (Grand Cru Classé in 1855), matured in barrels, will win you over with their finesse, elegance and powerful aromas.
