Xavier and Caroline Perromat are a perfectly complementary pair, working with the same passion to bring out the best in the wines of Chateau de Cérons and its vineyards since 2012.
A sumptuous Charterhouse, a 30-hectare vineyard, from which come wines of precious diversity, Graves red, Graves white and Cérons, the wine of the greatest goldsmiths.
Guided tour of the 17th-century vineyard architecture, the different grape varieties, the old barrel cellar and the new technical facilities.
Tasting of the Château’s three wines: Château de Cérons Graves red, Château de Cérons Graves dry white and Château de Cérons sweet white.
The estate is in organic conversion.
A siesta area and a walking trail are available at the start of the estate.
New: Immersive screening of the film “Gabriel et la Goutte d’Eau” in the barrel cellar.

Picnic: following a “Discovery” tour of the estate, take a seat in the château grounds in the shade of the magnolia tree and share a refined moment over a delicious “A la Française” picnic. A selection of charcuterie from the Landes region, seasonal vegetables, mature cheeses, cereal bread, fruit from the orchard, coffee and mignardises. Price: €59 per person.
Visit over time: after a “Discovery” visit, we offer a guided tasting of three old vintages of Cérons to discover this wonderful and very confidential appellation over time. Price: €30 per person.
Lunch and dinner in the Château’s rotisserie: groups of 10 to 30 people around a made-to-measure menu prepared by our rotisserie chef.
Package tour and lunch or dinner from €75 per person.
