Board the century-old train to reach Marquèze, an authentic district (hamlet) of the Grande Lande located in the heart of a preserved natural area. Discover the skills of bygone days, old furnished houses, a mill, a bread oven, domestic animals, Gascon games and delicacies… with our guides, discover the riches of a little-known heritage and the secrets of a vanished society.
The Ecomuseum will be open from 1 April to 28 September 2025.

The LesAssociés collective tells the story of the day after the fires, at the Pavillon de Marquèze. Material and human witnesses to the fires in the Landes de Gascogne cross paths and face each other, as an invitation to tell the story of what we experienced.
